Horchata Popsicle

I recommend serving this popsicle right after dinner since it is not too filling and has the right amount of sweetness to end the perfect dinner.

Preparation time: 4 hours and 5 minutes

Serving size: 8

Ingredients:

3 1/2 cup of rice milk

1/2 cup of heavy cream

1/3 cup of sugar

1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon (grounded)

Pinch of iodized salt

Instructions:

1. Using a large bowl, put rice milk, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk altogether.

2. Pour the popsicle mixture on ten 3 ounces or eight 4 ounces popsicle molds evenly. Then insert popsicle sticks.

3. Place in a freezer for 4 hours to 4 days.
